Bespoke

Made for one person. Made once.

Every Aiṓnios bespoke piece begins with your idea and is developed to a specification you approve in full — metal, stone, setting, finish — before production begins.

Concept render — design study

What we can make

There is no automated price configurator here — genuine bespoke work cannot be reduced to a fixed formula. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll specify every detail together.

Forms we make

Rings, pendants and necklaces, bracelets and bangles, earrings. Matching pairs and coordinated sets are welcome.

Precious metals, your specification

18K yellow gold, 18K white gold, 18K rose gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold, 14K rose gold, Pt950 platinum, Sterling silver 925.

The written specification records the metal type, fineness, alloy color, estimated finished weight and surface finish. Tell us about any known metal sensitivities before the design is finalized.

Stones chosen to your standard

Natural crystals, specified by mineral type, dimensions, cut, color, clarity and disclosed treatment where applicable.

Depending on the material, you may specify natural or laboratory-grown origin, mineral type, dimensions or carat weight, cut or shape, color, clarity, treatment, and independent reporting where applicable. We share stone details with you before setting.

Start from anywhere

A sketch. A photo of something you saw once. Or nothing at all but a feeling — we’ll draw it out with you.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us your idea

Fill in a short brief below — what you’d like, which metals and stones you’re drawn to, and anything you already know you want or don’t want. Reference images are welcome via WhatsApp after you submit.

Initial response: typically within 1–2 business days

  2. 02

    Design development

We write back with questions, suggestions and a detailed proposal. We refine together until it’s right. You’ll receive rendered views to review before anything is made.

Design timing depends on the complexity of the brief and the time needed for review and approval. The included design scope and revision rounds are stated in your proposal.

  3. 03

    Approve the details

We confirm the final design, materials, dimensions, target weight, stone specifications and quotation with you before production. Nothing is made until you have approved everything in writing.

  4. 04

    Production begins

Once all specifications and the final quotation are approved, full payment is required before production begins. Your piece is then fabricated or cast as appropriate, stone-set where applicable, hand-finished and inspected to the approved specification.

Typical production time: 10–15 calendar days

Typical production time: 10–15 calendar days. Production begins after all specifications have been confirmed and full payment has been received. Shipping, customs clearance and time awaiting client approval are not included.

Where it’s made

Designed and made in our own factory in China.

Every piece is developed to an individually approved specification, then fabricated or cast as appropriate, stone-set where applicable, hand-finished and inspected by our in-house production team.

How your quotation is prepared

We don’t publish a price list. A bespoke piece is priced on its exact specification — the weight and fineness of metal, the type, grade and carat of each stone, the complexity of the setting and finish. Two pieces that look alike in a photograph can differ substantially in cost.

After your brief, we prepare a written proposal confirming the selected specification, the total quotation and any available alternatives. There is no obligation.

Every brief is assessed individually for feasibility, materials and production requirements.

Questions, answered

The practical points, before you write. Anything else — WhatsApp us, we reply typically within 1–2 business days.

How long does it take?

We typically reply to your brief within 1–2 business days — this is our usual pace, not a guaranteed SLA. Design timing depends on the complexity of the brief and the time needed for review and approval. Once the final design, materials, dimensions, target weight and stone specifications are confirmed and full payment has been received, typical production time is 10–15 calendar days. Shipping, customs clearance and time awaiting client approval are not included.

Why is there no price list?

Genuine bespoke work cannot be reduced to a fixed formula: a piece is priced on its exact specification — the weight and fineness of metal, the type, grade and carat of each stone, the complexity of the setting and finish. After your brief, we prepare a written proposal confirming the selected specification, the total quotation and any available alternatives. There is no obligation.

Can I return a bespoke piece?

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production or non-recoverable material procurement begins, unless your written quote clearly identifies a lawful, non-recoverable committed cost. After production begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise, bespoke pieces made to an approved specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved specification. Available remedies may include repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.

Will my stones come with a report?

Independent grading or identification reports may be provided where available and agreed in the proposal. We share stone details — type, grade and any disclosed treatment — with you before setting.

How many design revisions are included?

The included design scope and revision rounds are stated in your proposal. Changes you request after approval require a revised quotation and production schedule, and are implemented only after your written confirmation.

Can you work from a photo of something I've seen elsewhere?

We can design a piece inspired by a reference, and we'll discuss what drew you to it. We don't produce direct copies of another designer's protected work — we'll make something that's yours.

How do I know my ring size?

Tell us the size you have in any standard — US, UK, EU or millimeters — and we'll confirm it with you before production.

What is the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?

They are chemically identical; the difference is origin and rarity structure. Lab-grown diamonds usually cost substantially less than natural diamonds at equal grade — your proposal compares options side by side. We label them explicitly as lab-grown on every document and never mix the two. Where a stone listed in your written quotation is accompanied by an independent laboratory report, the report is provided with the piece; reports are not otherwise promised.

Is a grading report the same as a valuation?

No. A grading report (GIA/IGI) describes a stone’s characteristics; it does not state a monetary value. For insurance valuation, please consult an independent appraiser; we do not issue valuation documents.

Will my reference images stay private?

Website image upload is not enabled. After submitting the form, you can send reference images through WhatsApp together with your inquiry reference. We never publish reference images, and we publish a design only with separate, explicit permission.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

We purchase diamonds only from suppliers who state compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. For deeper traceability we can discuss lab-grown diamonds or stones with documented origin.

What warranty do you offer?

Two years against manufacturing defects — stone security, clasp and hinge integrity, solder joints. Normal wear, impacts, chemical damage and third-party repairs aren’t covered. Annual inspection and re-polish is free for the life of the piece; you pay shipping only.
