Most commissions fall between $1,800 and $6,000 depending on metal weight, stones and complexity — each category page states its own starting point. Platinum and larger stones raise the budget. You always receive a written quote with a fixed validity period before paying anything.

From approved design to delivery, most pieces take 6–8 weeks. Gemstone sourcing or hand engraving can add 1–2 weeks. We confirm a delivery window in your quote and keep you updated at each stage.

No. Sharing references and discussing a first direction is free and carries no obligation. A design fee (from $150) is only due when you ask us to produce full 3D CAD models — and it is credited toward your final piece if you proceed.

3 rounds of parameter revisions are included in the design fee — proportion, stone size, band width, finish. A structural redesign (a new concept) or changing the center stone after approval is quoted separately before any work continues.

Yes. We regularly unset heirloom stones and re-alloy clients’ gold into new pieces. Stones are inspected and photographed on arrival, and we tell you honestly if a stone is too fragile to reset.

They are chemically identical; the difference is origin and price. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 40–60% less. We label them explicitly as lab-grown on every document and never mix the two. Both come with grading reports (GIA or IGI).

No. A grading report (GIA/IGI) describes a stone’s characteristics; it does not state a monetary value. If you need an insurance valuation, we can prepare a separate appraisal document for your finished piece.

After your design is approved we mail a complimentary sizing kit, or we can work from a ring that already fits. Resizing is free within 60 days of delivery, except for full-eternity and tension designs which cannot be resized — we flag these before production.

Yes — we plan insured, signature-required international delivery. Available destinations and the handling of import VAT and duties are confirmed in your written quote before you commit; no checkout or tax-collection promise applies until the relevant sales setup is live.

You approve the final 3D model, dimensions, stone and spelling in writing before we begin production, so the finished piece matches what you signed off. If we made an error against your approved confirmation, we repair or remake at our cost. Because each piece is made to order, change-of-mind returns aren’t possible — your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods are never affected.

We purchase diamonds only from suppliers who state compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. For clients who want deeper traceability we offer lab-grown diamonds or stones with documented origin on request.

We work in solid gold and platinum. Where a design uses vermeil or plating (rare, and always on request), we say so explicitly and state a realistic durability expectation — plating wears over time and is not solid gold.

No. We don’t reproduce other brands’ designs, logos or protected work. Bring us what you love about a piece — proportion, colour, feeling — and we design something original around it.

Design fee first (credited to your piece), then a 50% deposit when you approve the final CAD, and the balance before insured dispatch. Payment links are sent by email with your quote reference; we never ask for card details over chat.

Two years against manufacturing defects — stone security, clasp and hinge integrity, solder joints. Normal wear, impacts, chemical damage and third-party repairs aren’t covered. Annual inspection and re-polish is free for the life of the piece; you pay shipping only.
