Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We develop against WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This is the engineering standard we adopt voluntarily across all markets; in the EU it also aligns with the accessibility requirements applying to e-commerce from 2025.

Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certificate. Automated tools cover only part of the criteria, so we also test by hand.

Measures in place

Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background; large text at least 3:1.

The full site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator; the core path — home, process, inquiry form — is keyboard-tested.

Forms use explicit labels, and errors are announced and tied to their fields.

Images carry alternative text; decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.

Motion is limited to slow fades and parallax, and is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.

Touch targets meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum size; pages remain usable at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

This site is newly built; if you find a problem we have missed, we want to fix it. Third-party content we link to (for example WhatsApp) is outside our control.
