How the design settled
- R1Initial sketches placed the stones symmetrically; the asymmetry the clients asked for emerged in round two.
- R2CAD established a 12° tilt between the two settings so both stones catch light at rest.
- R3Approved with a soft knife-edge shank and no pavé — the metal stays quiet.
