Care & Warranty
Updated 2026-08-11 · draft pending legal review
How to care for your piece and exactly what our warranty covers. Draft pending legal review.
Daily care
Remove jewelry for swimming, gym and household chemicals; chlorine attacks gold alloys. Put perfume and cosmetics on before jewelry, not after.
Clean gold and platinum in warm water with a drop of dish soap and a soft brush. Emeralds, opals and pearls need gentler care — instructions ship with your piece.
What the warranty covers
Two years from delivery against manufacturing defects: stone setting security, clasp and hinge function, solder joints and structural integrity under normal wear.
Lifetime free inspection and re-polish once per year — you cover insured shipping both ways.
What it does not cover
Normal wear (micro-scratches, patina), impact damage, chemical exposure, loss of the piece, and any work performed by third parties. Plated or vermeil surfaces (only ever produced on explicit request) wear with time and are not warranted as permanent.
Warranty service requires the piece and its certificate/invoice. Repairs under warranty are free including insured return shipping.
